Gharnata Consultant Engineers (GCE) began its journey in 2011, in the heart of Doha, Qatar. Founded by the visionary architect Mr. Wahidullah Halimi, GCE was born from a desire to create a consultancy firm that could bridge cultures and bring innovative architectural solutions to life. With a team of local partners and an ambitious vision, GCE quickly established itself as a leader in planning, architecture, engineering, and interior design.

From its humble beginnings in Doha, GCE embarked on a path of growth and expansion, driven by a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the diverse markets it serves. The firm\u2019s success in Qatar laid the foundation for its international presence, and in 2015, GCE re-entered the German market by establishing a new branch. This marked a return to Mr. Halimi’s earlier roots in Germany, where he had previously run a successful architecture firm. The German office, focused on project development and construction management, quickly gained a reputation for its expertise in navigating complex projects with precision and efficiency.

Simultaneously in 2015, GCE expanded into Turkey with the launch of Cordoba Architecture in Istanbul. Cordoba brought a new dimension to GCE\u2019s capabilities, specializing in BIM implementation and offering a unique blend of traditional architectural services with cutting-edge technology. The Istanbul office’s technical expertise and innovative approach have been instrumental in delivering projects that are both creatively inspiring and technically sound.

As GCE continued to grow, the firm established a branch in Madrid, Spain, further solidifying its presence in the European market. This expansion was a testament to GCE\u2019s ability to adapt and thrive in diverse cultural environments, delivering projects that resonate with the local context while maintaining global standards of excellence.
In Toronto, Canada, GCE’s presence is embodied by Frevent Design, a creative design agency that joined the GCE family with a focus on interior design and furniture solutions. Frevent\u2019s dedication to excellence is evident in their use of advanced communication techniques, including 3D renderings and printed models, to bring their clients’ visions to life. The Toronto office\u2019s expertise in interior design has made it a vital part of GCE\u2019s international operations, ensuring that every project is infused with a sense of aesthetic quality and functional brilliance.

Today, GCE stands as a truly international consultancy firm with a dynamic and diverse team of experts who collaborate across borders to deliver exceptional architectural and design solutions.
