Misrata Complex is a signature development in the city center, a modern grand complex gathering people in a compact urban environment that supports daily life at every level. The proposed mixed-use project is a design initiative to bring a new vision and an advancement plan to improve the potentials, connectivity, function, and quality of Misrata city in Libya. Being located on the west side of the city center, the project is aimed to rise upon the plot area that is approximately 39,000 m².
Bringing accommodation, hospitality, shopping, business, and social functions together at the best quality in one zone, offers a great chance of development for Misrata. This is a new model that doesn’t exist in the city and will be efficient for all kinds of users, 24/7, 365 days of a year, walkable, livable, workable, enjoyable, and safe. This is a vision, an attraction point that will affect large zones, bring the community together, and combine social activities demonstrating a modern example of evolving urban life. It is predictable that it will not only be an impact on those who are living, working, or visiting the place but also on the city, demonstrating all-new possibilities and potentials by uprising the quality of life.
